OMIGOSH, JOURNALS!?

I'm getting sick of my inbox being spammed by millions of journal entries. Just last week one of the people I was watching (who shall remain nameless.) Wrote in their Journal more than 7 times in one DAY.
I mean, I know people have their rights, but let me tell you, it's FREAKING ANNOYING.
Once in a while is fine. But I'm ANNOYED of SPAM.
So cool it down a bit, plox?
